Bridging the Gap Together! is an independent Community Interest Company, our aim is to provide a wide range of workshops for parents/carers of children as well as young people with complex needs or disabilities, this could include mental health needs, learning difficulties, sensory or communication impairment, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and/or on the Autistic Spectrum. We facilitate these workshops by inviting guest professionals and where possible young people living with these conditions to deliver this training in venues across North Somerset. We work collaboratively with other service providers to deliver the best possible service through a wide variety of workshops that best meet the needs of young people, parents and carers, the subject of which may include anxiety, challenging behaviour, self-harm, social skills and other issues. Please note you do not require any diagnosis to attend these events, they are open to everyone that comes into contact with your young person.
