We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children in our community. We also expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment by helping us to establish a safe environment, practicing safer recruitment when checking staff and volunteers to work with children, and developing and implementing procedures for safeguarding.
Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Paul Sainsbury, or the Deputy Safeguarding Leads, Emma Bellis, Lucy Durham or Emily Downing must be spoken to if you are concerned about the safety of a child.
Geoff Mountjoy is the Director who is in charge of Safeguarding. The Designated Leads will ask you to record your concerns and they will take the necessary action, which may include contacting Social Care through the Single Point of Access (SPA).
